Uplift Essential Oil Blend

Enhance your surroundings with a blend of optimism building Bergamot, uplifting Lemon, promoting feelings of vigor and well being and the antidepressant properties of Ylang Ylang.

Fresh and bright, adding 3 – 5 drops to a diffuser can be a mood booster. Diffuse for 20 minutes and wait at least 60 minutes before diffusing again.

Safety Caution: This blend is intended to be dispersed in the air rather than applied to skin as Bergamot and Lemon are phototoxic above recommended safe dilutions and Ylang Ylang has a moderate risk of skin sensitization.
