To Use: Uncap, hold inhaler about 1/2" under nose and slowly inhale. You can also wave back and forth under your nose as you inhale the beneficial aroma.

Disclaimer/Caution: Do not insert in nostril or open tube to avoid getting Essentials Oils on skin, neat. Keep capped when not in use to keep product fresh. Inhaler should last 6 months - year when stored safely.
